## What it is

A public-domain art site (paintings, posters and illustrations) to download in high resolution. It brings together collections from museums and libraries.

## What it’s for

For finding public-domain paintings, posters and illustrations as visual reference.

## Benefits

- High-resolution downloads
- Museum and library collections in one place
- Paintings, posters and illustrations

## Caveats

- The site states free personal and commercial use; one review mentions a paid plan for larger resolutions, which is unconfirmed.
