## What it is

Paperclip organizes agents into companies, departments and hierarchies, with goals, tickets, an approvals inbox, activity, heartbeat, skills, adapters and budget.

## What it’s for

For coordinating multiple agents with roles and approvals, running on localhost or a VPS.

## Benefits

- Imports ready-made companies and templates, such as gstack, superpowers and agency agents
- Per-agent budget and routines on a schedule or webhook
- Hiring approvals in an inbox

## Caveats

- By default, hiring requires board approval, but this can be turned off
- A zeroed dashboard with a subscription doesn't mean there is no cost
- According to its creator, the secret store doesn't appear in the interface
